The Avid Trout by Rio is a great all-round fly line, which can be thrown very easily from the first meter. Thanks to AgentX technology, the coating is incredibly smooth, supple and durable. The taper concept the line is designed especially for modern fly rods, because the casting weight focuses on the front of the belly and is slightly heavier than specified by AFTMA classification. But also gentle presentations succeed thanks to the 2.1 m long front tapers sovereign. The long body of the line ensures a stable trajectory and good control in the air. The Avid Trout is suitable for a variety of fish situations, from delicate dry fly fishing to casting weighted streamer.
